Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds and returns are granted at our discretion.
  • To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All refund and return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale or with a discount
  • Gift cards or digital products

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
