Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is on its way, we'll email you the tracking details.
Shipping within Australia
Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within Australia.
- Standard shipping (2 to 8 business days): free on orders of $100 or more; $9.95 on orders under $100.
- Express shipping (1 to 4 business days): $15.
International shipping
We ship to New Zealand, the USA, Canada and selected countries in Europe and Asia. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

We do our best to meet delivery estimates, but carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control can affect delivery times.
