- Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) ext. dry conc. 600mg (equiv. root dry 7.5g)
- Ganoderma lucidum (reishi mushroom) ext. dry conc. 520mg (equiv. dry fruiting body 5.2g)
- Matricaria chamomilla (blue chamomile with apigenin) ext. dry conc. 51mg (equiv. flower dry 10.2g)
That's 350mg of elemental magnesium a serve, from glycinate and citrate.
How to use it
Add 2 scoops (10g) to 200–250mL of cold water. Shake well and drink straight away. Take 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
